Welcome to the website www.dadaandrocco.com. By using this website and/or purchasing products from it, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, minors or persons completely lacking legal capacity cannot make distance purchases; this can only be done by their legal representatives.

Language and Delivery Area

  • Language: The language of communication on dadaandrocco.com is standard Croatian and English.

  • Countries we deliver to: Dada&Rocco sells its products within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, as well as outside the Republic of Croatia within the European Union.

1. General Provisions and Company Details

These Terms and Conditions establish the procedure for ordering, paying for, delivering, and handling complaints and returns of products offered on this web shop. The Seller is the company:

A Customer is considered to be any natural or legal person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required details, and completes the payment.

2. Prices and Ordering Procedure

  • Prices: All prices on the web shop include VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

  • Price Changes: Dada&Rocco d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the customer will be charged the price that was valid at the moment of order confirmation.

  • Ordering: The customer orders a product by filling out the order in the designated forms—selecting a specific product and adding it to the shopping cart. Goods are considered ordered at the moment the customer selects a payment method, confirms it, and submits the order.

3. Special Provision for Personalized Products

Since a large part of the Dada&Rocco product range is handmade and made-to-order based on the customer's choice, production times may vary depending on the current volume of work.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer does not have the right to a unilateral termination of the contract (a refund without a specified reason within 14 days) for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized for the consumer (e.g., products with an embroidered child's name, custom dimensions outside the standard sizes, etc.). For these products, only justified complaints in the event of a material defect will be accepted.

4. Payment Methods

Ordered products can be paid for using the following methods:

  • Payment via general payment slip / bank transfer / internet banking: You will receive a pro-forma invoice containing all payment details at your email address. The payment deadline is 3 days, after which the order is canceled. Goods are shipped (or go into production) only after the payment has been cleared.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You settle the order amount in cash with the courier upon delivery to your address.

  • Payment via PayPal: Electronic payment through your active PayPal account.

  • Payment via Debit and Credit Cards: Supported cards through the secure system are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Diners.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Partners: Deliveries are carried out by partner courier services: GLS Croatia d.d. and DPD Croatia d.o.o.

  • Shipping Cost: It is clearly displayed in the shopping cart overview before completing the order. The current shipping cost is €5.10 for Croatia and €9.00 for the rest of the EU. The final cost for countries outside the EU is determined individually in cooperation with the customer.

  • Deadlines: The delivery time for Croatia and Slovenia is approximately up to 15 working days (which excludes weekends and public holidays) due to the handmade nature and customization of the items. The customer will be notified of the exact deadline via email during order processing.

  • Package Inspection: Upon collection, the customer is required to check the condition of the shipment and, in the event of visible external damage, immediately file a complaint with the courier or refuse to receive the shipment.

6. Unilateral Contract Termination and Returns (For Standard Products)

The customer has the right, without providing reasons, to terminate the contract within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered into their possession or the possession of a third party.

  • Notification: You must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal written statement (via mail or email to: info@dadaandrocco.com) before the expiration of the 14-day period. A blank form for printing and downloading is available on our website under Return Policy.

  • Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from improper handling of the goods.

  • Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods (postage) are borne entirely by the customer.

  • Hygienic Exception: For hygienic reasons, pacifiers, teething toys, and other similar accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for other items if their packaging has been opened.

7. Material Defects and Complaints

The Seller is liable for material defects of the products in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act (Articles 400–422).

If a product has a material defect (a change in properties that does not result from non-compliance with maintenance instructions, a fault in the cut, embroidery, etc.), the customer is obliged to notify the Seller in writing at info@dadaandrocco.com, providing a description and a photograph of the defect.

In the event of a justified complaint, the item will be repaired at the seller's expense, replaced with a new one, or a refund will be issued.

8. Written Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints: Pursuant to the law, you can send your written complaints to the email address info@dadaandrocco.com. You will receive a response to the complaint no later than 15 days from the date it was received.

  • Online Dispute Resolution: You can access the platform for online consumer dispute resolution (ODR Platform) via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

    In the event of a legal dispute, the court in Split has jurisdiction.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and Cookies

Dada&Rocco d.o.o. undertakes to protect the privacy and personal data of its customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is collected solely for the purpose of executing purchases, delivering packages, and necessary communication, and is accessible only to authorized employees and logistics partners (courier services).

  • Google Analytics and Cookies: This website uses cookies to provide you with an optimal browsing experience and to perform traffic analysis using Google Analytics. You can read more about cookie settings and opting out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Online Payment Security Statement (Shopify Payments and CorvusPay)

When paying on our website, you use Shopify Payments (for single card transactions) and CorvusPay (for installment payments)—advanced systems for secure online payment card acceptance. Shopify Payments and CorvusPay ensure the absolute confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it into the payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with your full payment card details. The systems operate in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard—the highest security standard in the payment card industry.
