Dada&Rocco d.o.o. • Information on Delivery and Shipping Costs
At Dada&Rocco d.o.o., we handle every product with the utmost care. Since a large part of our product range is handmade and made-to-order, the process of processing, manufacturing, and dispatching packages requires a certain amount of time to ensure premium quality.
1. Delivery Services and Packaging
The delivery of our products is carried out by trusted logistics partners:

GLS (General Logistics Systems Croatia d.d.)

DPD Croatia d.o.o.
All products are packed in high-quality packaging designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
2. Delivery Times

Croatia and Slovenia: Delivery time is up to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation (or from the date the payment is cleared in our bank account in the case of bank transfer/wire payments). Working days do not include weekends, public holidays, and state holidays.

Other European Union (EU) Member States: Delivery time is approximately up to 15 working days; however, in exceptional cases (depending on distance and local courier procedures), this may be extended, of which the customer will be notified in a timely manner.

Countries Outside the European Union (International): Delivery times are determined individually for each order in cooperation with the customer during order processing and confirmation.
You will be notified via email about the exact delivery timeframe and package dispatch during order processing. In the event of unforeseen situations (extreme weather conditions, courier service delays), the delivery period may be extended, and we will inform you immediately via email or phone.
3. Shipping Costs by Zone
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the following rates:

Note for countries outside the EU: The final shipping cost, eventual customs duties, and local taxes (if applicable in the country of import) are the responsibility of the customer. For specific locations, we reserve the right to calculate the cost individually in agreement with the customer after receiving the order.

4. Receiving the Shipment and Procedure in Case of Damage
Upon receiving the package from the courier service, the customer is required to:

Inspect the external condition of the shipment. If significant external damage, tears, or signs of opening are visible on the package, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment and immediately notify our customer support at info@dadaandrocco.com.

If you accept the package but discover upon opening that the product was damaged during transit, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours) via email so that we can resolve the claim with the delivery service and send you a replacement item at our expense.
