We use premium-quality cotton, bamboo, muslin, and velour, while our pillows and other stuffed products are filled with hypoallergenic fibers. All our materials are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for babies and children.

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is the world’s leading safety label for textiles, guaranteeing that a product is completely safe for your health and free from harmful levels of toxic chemicals.
Since a baby’s skin is extremely sensitive, all our materials hold this certification in the strictest category - Product Class I. This is a special class created exclusively for newborns and children up to 3 years of age, who often put fabrics in their mouths or press their faces against them (such as our cot bumpers or blankets).
To earn this certification, it is not just the main fabric that is tested—every single component of the finished product must undergo rigorous laboratory testing for over 1,000 harmful substances.

According to recommendations from pediatricians and safe sleep experts, newborns should sleep on a flat, firm surface without any soft objects, pillows, or loose materials in the crib.
Our baby nest is designed as a premium, practical helper for other daily situations. Here is what it is primarily intended for:
● Baby nests: They are ideal for lounging, resting, and playing, exclusively under parental supervision. They provide the baby with a sense of coziness and security, make tummy time easier, and serve as a practical portable bed (never move or carry it while the baby is inside) when traveling or visiting others.

All Dada & Rocco products can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C (although for regular maintenance and to ensure the longevity of your products, we recommend washing at 30°C). Please use a maximum spin cycle of 800 RPM. We recommend air-drying our products after washing - we do not recommend using a tumble dryer.

With the exception of our nursing pillow - for most of our products, it is not possible to remove the filling or take off the cover. You can machine wash them in their entirety, and they will dry just as quickly when air-dried. In fact, we always recommend washing the entire product to keep the filling fresh and clean.

The delivery time for Dada & Rocco products largely depends on whether the product is physically available for immediate shipping or if it needs to be made in our production facility.
As a general rule, delivery takes:
- Within the Republic of Croatia – up to 15 working days.
- Within EU - up to 20 working days.
- Rest of the world - please contact us for estimate.

The only condition for returning our products is that they must not have been washed or used. Please contact us via email with your order number, and we will arrange the method and timeframe for returning or exchanging the product with you.
