To ensure your baby nest maintains its cloud-like softness and perfect shape for a long time, we recommend the following care:

Wash: Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30°C.
Spin: Maximum 800 RPM.
Dry: Air dry flat (spread evenly on a level surface). Tumble drying is not recommended (to preserve the loft of the silicone filling and the plush texture of the velvet).
Iron: Iron ONLY the cotton side on low to medium heat. Do not iron the velvet side.
Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh chemical agents.

For supervised naps, not overnight sleep: The nest is perfect for daytime relaxing and cuddling. For overnight sleep, we recommend using a standard crib that meets infant sleep safety standards.
Safe surfaces only: For your baby’s safety, always place the nest on a flat, firm, and stable surface on the floor. Avoid elevated surfaces like tables or sofas to prevent the risk of tipping or falling.
Move when empty: For your baby's safety, always move the nest only when it is empty. The nest is not designed for carrying your baby inside it.
Comfortable positioning: Babies are safest when placed on their backs. Ensure your baby’s face is always clear and facing upward to allow for unobstructed breathing.
Regular checks: Before each use, ensure the strings are securely tied and tucked away, and that the nest is ready for safe use.

BABY NEST

How is the nest maintained and washed?

It's very simple! Before washing, untie the bottom and remove the extra mattress pad. Then, roll up the nest and place it in the washing machine. Wash it on a delicate cycle at 30°C, with a spin speed of up to 800 RPM. We recommend air drying (laid out flat on a level surface). Avoid tumble drying to ensure the silicone beads and velvet retain their perfect shape and softness. You may iron only the cotton side at a low temperature.

What is the purpose of the free mattress pad with dense ribbing?

With every nest, you receive a free mattress pad which, due to its specific dense ribbing, provides the effect of a flat and stable surface inside the nest itself. This pad is primarily intended for use while the baby is very young, to keep them slightly elevated. The nest is completely safe to use without the pad – when you remove it, the bottom of the nest remains flat, and its advantage is that removing it provides additional depth to the nest as the baby grows. The pad is multifunctional, meaning you can use it independently as a changing mat or as a soft insert for a more comfortable ride in a stroller.

Up to what age can the nest be used?

The nest is ideal from birth up to approximately 8 months of age (depending on the baby's growth and size). However, thanks to the practical drawstring at the bottom, the bottom can be opened completely. This way, the nest "grows" with the baby, providing extra space for their legs, and can be used for a significantly longer time for rest and play.

Can the baby sleep in the nest overnight?

Our nests are designed as a safe corner for your baby’s daytime lounging, rest, and play, and are also perfect for daily tummy time practice. The nest is lightweight and practical for moving from room to room, so your baby can always be close to you. However, for safety reasons, a baby must never be carried inside the nest, it should be used exclusively under adult supervision, and it is not intended for overnight sleeping in a crib.

Are the sides of the nest firm enough?

Yes. The nest provides that wonderful feeling of protection, just like a mother's embrace. The high and firm side panels ensure stability and prevent rolling, while the special anti-allergic filling guarantees maximum breathability and safety for your baby from day one.
